Coming up with our dessert, we dreamed of creating something equally extraordinary with a delightful taste! And useful at the same time. Difficult, right? 😅

But we did it. Of course, we took our favorite apples as a basis. After all, each fruit is a "box" with vitamins, minerals, nutrients. And we know how to save them properly! On our factory of happiness we use only the gentle low-temperature drying method. This means that in the final product it remains up to 95% of the nutrients.

So.. We cover the tender pulp of dried apples with dark chocolate. As it cools it envelops each portion of the dessert with a sweet solid chocolate shell. And when biting, the soft apple core is revealed... Ripe cherry makes this combination even more complex and interesting, makes you "listen" to the taste better, to catch all its sweet shades.
